The Budweiser Events Center is dedicated to being a safe and fun place to enjoy the best that entertainment has to offer. To help with that goal, they have outlined a set of rules and policies that will keep everyone safe and ensure that when you visit, you will be able to enjoy the event, show, or match. Please read and review the following rules and policies.

Accessibility Policy

Budweiser Events Center offers several Accessibility features to help anyone have fun during their visit. These ADA approved measures and features include:

  • Seating

    Accessible seating is available for all events at Budweiser Events Center. You can contact the Box Office at 970-619-4112 for help in selecting the right seats for you. The location of seating depends on the arrangement of seats during the event.

  • Parking

    Your ticket includes parking at The Ranch Events Complex. Accessible parking is available in front of the main entrance and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. You must have a state-issued accessible parking permit displayed on your vehicle to use those spaces.

  • Assistive Listening Devices

    The Budweiser Events Center is equipped with an assistive listening system. You may receive your device at the guest services desk on the Concourse level free of charge with a valid form of Identification.

  • Escorts/Transports with Wheelchairs

    The Budweiser Events Center is happy to provide escorts/transports with wheelchairs inside the events center. You may request escorts at Guest Services or as you enter the building at all entry points.

  • Restrooms

    All public restrooms are accessible.  The facility also has family restrooms on the Event and Concourse levels.

  • Service Animals

    Service animals are welcome inside the building but must remain under the control of the animal’s handler. Comfort animals are not allowed in the facility.

  • Sign Language Interpreters

    The Budweiser Events Center can provide sign language interpreters for guests with hearing disabilities. Please provide a minimum of 5 business days of notice before your ticketed event. You may provide notice by calling 970-619-4100.

Arrival Policy

The Budweiser Events Center recommends that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before your ticketed event time. All opening times are listed on the event description and will start promptly. During some shows, concerts, and events, late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate rest period. Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, an event or performance is canceled or rescheduled, the information will be sent to local media for distribution as well as on the Budweiser Events Center website. You can call 877-544-8499 to request a refund if a new performance date does not work for you.

Children Policy

Some shows and events provide discounted ticket prices for children. Some shows are also age-restricted as described in the event description. Children under 2 are typically allowed free entry to the Budweiser Events Center as long as they are seated on the lap of an adult. Please refer to the event description for further details.

Dress Code Policy

The Budweiser Events Center is all about comfort for sporting events, concerts, and other events. Though some guests dress up for concerts, you can wear what would make you comfortable.  Please make sure your outfits are appropriate for all-ages venues and do not feature offensive language or imagery. Lost and Found Policy

If you lose something during an event at The Budweiser Events Center, please contact event staff for help with finding the Lost and Found to see if your item was turned in. If you lost an item at a previous event, please call the Budweiser Events Center at 970-619-4111. Be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item. The Budweiser Events Center does not accept responsibility for any lost or missing item.

Prohibited Items

Budweiser Events Center prohibits certain items to make sure everyone has a safe experience at games, events, and concerts. The following is a partial list of the items that are not welcome on the premises. Please be aware that guests are subject to search by event staff and any prohibited items may be disposed of or returned to the guest’s vehicles as decided by Budweiser Events Center staff. Guests may also be ejected for possession of prohibited items.

  • Bottles or cans
  • Food coolers
  • Outside food/beverages
  • Frisbees and beach balls
  • Laser pointers
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal drugs and alcohol
  • Audio/Video recording devices
  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any kind
  • Selfie Sticks
  • E-Cigarettes

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Budweiser Events Center as well as within 20 ft of all entrances and exit points. You may call Budweiser Events Center at 970-619-4111 to ask if designated smoking spaces are available.
